About the nails
Are your press-ons reusable?
Yes. With gentle removal and proper storage, each set can be worn 20+ times. Our Storage & Removal Guide shows you how.
What's included in a set?
Every set comes with 10 nails, adhesive tabs, nail glue, a nail file, a cuticle stick and a prep pad. Everything you need for a salon look at home.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Measure the width of your nail across its widest part, from edge to edge, following the curve of the nail. Either wrap a soft measuring tape across it, or stick masking tape over the nail, mark both edges, peel it off and measure with a ruler. Then match your thumb measurement to our Size Guide. It takes about two minutes.
What if I'm between sizes?
Round up, not down. For example, a 15.4mm thumb rounds up to 16mm, which is size M. A nail that's slightly wide can be gently filed along the sides to fit; one that's too narrow will lift.
What sizes do you offer?
Four sizes: XS, S, M and L, covering thumb widths from 14mm to 17mm. If your thumb measures wider than 17mm, get in touch before ordering and we'll help you find the best fit.
Which shape and length should I choose?
Every design comes in 15 options across five lengths, from ~16mm Oval and Square up to ~40mm XL Coffin and XL Stiletto. Oval and almond are the easiest for everyday wear, square is the most practical, and coffin and stiletto are for maximum drama. See the full list in our Size Guide.
Application & wear
How long do they last?
Adhesive tabs are perfect for a night out or a few days' wear. Nail glue gives the longest hold, a week or more.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Not if you remove them properly. Soak them off in warm soapy water and never peel or pry. Full steps are in our Storage & Removal Guide.
Can I shower and wash my hands?
Yes. Just avoid hot water for 1–2 hours after applying, and wear gloves for washing dishes.
Why are my nails lifting?
It's almost always prep or size. Lightly buff your natural nails, wipe them with the prep pad to remove oils, and check the nail isn't overlapping your skin at the sides.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours. After that, Standard Shipping takes 5–10 days, delivered by UniUni and USPS. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $85. Under $85, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now we ship to the mainland US only (the 48 contiguous states and DC). Sign up below and you'll be the first to know when we ship to you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Orders are usually processed within 48–72 hours, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our Returns Policy applies instead.

My set arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We're so sorry that happened. We'll make it right. Just follow the steps in our Returns Policy and we'll get it sorted for you.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange?
Unfortunately not. All our nails are handmade, so we can't offer size exchanges. Please measure using our Size Guide before you order. If a nail doesn't quite fit, these tips can help:
- Too big: gently file down the side edges until the nail sits within your natural nail without touching your skin.
- Too small: lightly file and smooth the side edges so they sit flush against your nail, and use nail glue rather than tabs for a stronger hold.
