Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the imobsessednails.com website (the "Site") or purchasing any products from I'm Obsessed Nails. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

I'm Obsessed Nails is a trading name of Red Digital FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at VUPRO117, Compass Building, Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("I'm Obsessed Nails," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Who Can Use This Site

At this time, we only accept and fulfil orders shipped to addresses within the mainland United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States. If you place an order with a shipping address outside this area, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Products

We sell press-on nail sets and related nail accessories. Product photos are for illustration; actual colors, shapes, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen display, lighting, and the handmade nature of press-on nail sets. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately but do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free.

We may discontinue, limit stock of, or update any product at any time without notice.

Press-on nails are a cosmetic product intended for external, cosmetic application to natural nails only. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, acrylics, or nail cosmetic products, we recommend a patch test before full application. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and any customs or import charges unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed; if a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or offer a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We are not obligated to accept any order, and we may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfilment partners. Typical processing times and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and on our shipping information page; these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our name, logo, product designs, photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or product designs without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems; interfere with the Site's operation (including via bots, scraping, or malicious code); or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us (including via social media, email, or the Site), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. You confirm you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm Obsessed Nails and Red Digital FZ-LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold I'm Obsessed Nails and Red Digital FZ-LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence in the United States apply and cannot be excluded — in which case those mandatory protections will continue to apply to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
